Personal Information Collection Statement


EUNOIA by The Artisanal Movement(“EUNOIA”) is a programme of New World Development Company Limited(“NWD”). "We" in this Personal Information Collection Statement refers to NWD and EUNOIA by The Artisanal Movement.


New World Development Company Limited is part of the New World Group ("Group") which also includes New World Loyalty Programme Limited (“NWLP”), New World Property Management Company Limited, New World China Land Limited, New World Department Store China Limited, K11 Concepts Limited, New World Group Charity Foundation Limited, K11 Art Foundation Limited, Khora Limited (formerly known as Ruby Global Limited) and other companies from time to time whose activities include real estate (sale, leasing and investment), retail, facilities management, infrastructure, shopping malls, department stores, jewelleries and luxury products, hotels, food and beverages, convention and exhibition centres, sports and recreational facilities, education and charitable pursuits including sports, recreation, art and cultural programmes, relief of poverty, advancement of education, advancement of religion and other purposes that are beneficial to the community (together referred to as "Affiliates").


In order to enable us to verify your eligibility to join EUNOIA by The Artisanal Movement and provide our services to you, you are required to provide all the requested personal data marked as mandatory in the application form. If you do not provide the required personal data, then we may not be able to have your EUNOIA by The Artisanal Movement enrollment processed and/or provide services to you.


Purposes for using personal data


The personal data provided in the EUNOIA by The Artisanal Movement registration form, including but not limited to name, contact details, date of birth, age range, academic qualification, Instagram account information and any social media account information, will be used for the following purposes:



  • For daily operation and administration of your EUNOIA by The Artisanal Movement subscription, and to contact you in connection with your EUNOIA by The Artisanal Movement subscription;
  • To identify you as a EUNOIA by The Artisanal Movement subscriber and to deliver bespoke services and subscription benefits to you;
  • To process bookings, purchases, orders or requests made by you;
  • Research and development in relation to customer behaviour;
  • Direct marketing and cross-marketing, subject to consent (see below);
  • To send you birthday messages (if you have provided dates of birth) or event reminders;
  • Information management and database administration;
  • Detect, investigate and/or prevent activities that may violate our policies or may be illegal;
  • Collection or recovery of any debt owed by you to us or our Affiliates.

Those with whom we share personal data


We may engage agents, contractors, suppliers and service providers in connection with the above purposes, e.g. IT providers, marketing agents and research companies, and may transfer to or share your personal data with them for such purposes. We may also share your personal data with our Affiliates for the above purposes. Where we are required by the law of any country or requested by any court, regulatory body or governmental body of any country, we may also disclose your personal data as required. In the event of any transfer of business, transfer of shares, amalgamation or purchase of our business or our Affiliates' businesses, your personal data may be transferred to the new entity as part of the transaction, provided that the new entity abides by this Personal Information Collection Statement and continues to exercise the same level of care, in respect of your personal data, as we would.


Your personal data may be stored in servers located outside China and/or shared with Affiliates located outside China. However, we will take all reasonable measures to ensure that your data is stored and processed securely, regardless of the country in which it is stored, and we ensure that our Affiliates do the same.


Direct marketing


Subject to your consent, we may use your personal data, including your name and contact details, to send you special offers, news, information and marketing in relation to our products, services, events and charitable initiatives.


Subject to your consent, we may also provide your name and contact details to our Affiliates and Marketing Partners so that they may send you special offers, news, information and marketing in relation to their products, services, events and charitable initiatives. Our "Marketing Partners" include property developers, banks, finance and investment institutions, private clubs, concierge and customer service provider, retail outlets and online businesses (products and services including but not limited to fashion and beauty, health and personal cares, luxury, home and living, food, wine and beverage, books and stationery), shopping malls, department stores, watches and jewelleries (such as Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group Limited), hotel chains, catering services providers , services and/ or products providers including but not limited to art and culture, gallery and exhibition, green and nature, sports and recreation, travel and accommodation, leisure and entertainment, transportation and logistics, telecommunication and information technology, education and institutions.


The types of products, services, events and charitable initiatives that we, our Affiliates and/or our Marketing Partners may market to you include the following:



  • products and services offered by NWD and New World Group in relation to real property (sale, leasing and investment), retail, facilities management, infrastructure, shopping malls, department stores, jewelleries and luxury products, hotels, food and beverage, convention and exhibition centres, sports and recreational facilities, education and charitable pursuits;
  • finance, banking, insurance and other related services and products by banks, finance and investment institutions;
  • access and privileges at private clubs;
  • professional consultation on customer services, including but not limited to event planning, hotels and tickets reservation;
  • consumer products and services by retail outlets and/or online businesses, including but not limited to fashion and beauty, health and personal cares, luxury, home and living, food, wine and beverage, book and stationery;
  • reward, loyalty, privileges programmes and promotions at shopping malls and department stores;
  • reward, loyalty, privileges programmes and promotions for customers and/or potential customers of our Group;
  • watches, jewelleries and accessories
  • catering services on food, wine and beverage;
  • travel and accommodation services, including but not limited to holiday package products and services offered by travel agents, tickets to attractions;
  • transportation and logistics service, including but not limited to air travel and non-air transportation services such as hotel transfers, car rentals, bus operators, train operators and cruise operators;
  • tickets for concerts, galleries, exhibitions, films, theatricals, sporting, special and cultural events;
  • green and nature activities;
  • telecommunication, internet and mobile communication services;
  • professional advice and/or consultation on education and/or personal enhancement;
  • charitable initiatives which support areas including sports, recreation, art and cultural programmes relief of poverty, advancement of education, advancement of religion and other purposes that are beneficial to the community.

We cannot use or provide your personal data for direct marketing purposes unless you consent. Terms and Conditions of “New World CLUB”


These Terms and Conditions are binding on all Members of the New World CLUB ("Club") operated by New World Loyalty Programme Limited (“NWLP”). Members shall include but not limited to DIAMOND Members, VIVA Members, CIRCLE Members and such other kinds of members as may be specified by NWLP from time to time. By applying for membership and becoming a Member of the Club, the applicant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (as may be in force from time to time) upon becoming a Member of the Club.



  1. Definitions
    1. “Benefit” means any reward, service, benefit, promotion, privilege, offer or the like offered or to be offered to the Members by the Club or any third party (including but not limited to the Designated Partners) under the Program from time to time.
    2. “Card” means a membership card (including but not limited to a DIAMOND Membership Card, VIVA Membership Card, CIRCLE Membership Card and such other kinds of membership cards as may be specified by the Club from time to time) issued to a Member for enjoyment of the Benefits.
    3. “Club” means New World CLUB and NWLP operating New World CLUB.
    4. “Designated Partner” means any partner who offers or will offer rewards, services, benefits, promotions, privileges, offers or the like to the Members under the Program subject to the applicable terms and conditions, whether specified herein or otherwise. A list of Designated Partners is set out at www.newworldclub.com.hk and may be amended and updated by the Club at its sole discretion from time to time without any prior notice.
    5. “Hong Kong” means the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
    6. “Member” means any member of the Club which include DIAMOND Member, VIVA Member, CIRCLE Member and other classes of members as may be designated by the Club from time to time.
    7. “Membership” means membership of the Club of whatever class.
    8. “NWLP” or “新世界尊尚客戶有限公司” means New World Loyalty Programme Limited (新世界尊尚客戶有限公司), a company incorporated in Hong Kong with registered office at 30/F, New World Tower 1, 18 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong.
    9. “Program” means the programme operated under the name of “New World CLUB” which is owned and managed by NWLP.
    10. “DIAMOND Member” means a person admitted by the Club to be a DIAMOND member under the Program subject to such terms and conditions as the Club may think fit.
    11. “VIVA Member” means a person admitted by the Club to be a VIVA member under the Program subject to such terms and conditions as the Club may think fit.
    12. “CIRCLE Member” means a person admitted by the Club to be a CIRCLE member under the Program subject to such terms and conditions as the Club may think fit.
    13. “Transaction” means any transaction which is one of the conditions for Membership entry requirements as specified by the Club from time to time.
    14. “Website” means the website at www.newworldclub.com.hk
    15. A reference to one gender includes a reference to all genders.
    16. Words in the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

  2. Enrolment
    1. Eligibility – Any person who is aged 18 or above and satisfies the Membership entry requirements as may be specified by the Club from time to time is eligible for application for Membership.
    2. Personal Basis Only – Application for Membership shall be on personal basis and the Club does not accept application on a company or corporate basis. If the Owner or Tenant of the relevant eligible property is a company, only one of its shareholders or directors is eligible to apply for Diamond or Viva Membership.
    3. Discretion to Decline – The Club is entitled to decline any application for Membership at its absolute discretion without giving any reason.

  3. Membership Card
    1. Card – The Club will issue a Card to a Member upon his successful application for Membership.
    2. Use of Card – The Club and the Designated Partners are entitled to request a Member to produce his Card when he claims for any Benefits or make any request in relation to his Membership, the Card and the Benefits. The Club and the Designated Partners are entitled to assume without proof that the bearer of a Card is the Member named thereon.
    3. Replacement – If a Member requests for replacement of a Card due to loss or damage, the Club is entitled to charge the Member an administration fee for replacement at HKD100.00 or such other fee as may be specified by the Club from time to time.
    4. Return of Card – The Card remains the property of the Club and shall be returned to the Club immediately by a Member upon termination of his Membership or upon request of the Club from time to time.
    5. Misuse – Misuse of the Card by a Member may result in termination or suspension of his Membership or withdrawal of Benefits from the Member by the Club and the Designated Partners without prejudice to any accrued right and remedy that the Club and the Designated Partners may have against the Member.

  4. Non-Transferability
    1. Non-Transferability – The Membership, the Card and the Benefits are not transferable by the Member and may only be used or enjoyed by the Member to whom the Membership, the Card and the Benefits are granted or issued.

  5. Cancelled Transactions
    1. Membership Cancellation – If a Member becomes a DIAMOND Member, a VIVA Member or a CIRCLE Member by way of a Transaction but the Transaction is subsequently cancelled or reversed for whatever reasons, the Membership will be terminated automatically upon the cancellation or reversion of the Transaction.

  6. Proof of Eligibility
    1. Proof – An applicant of Membership or a Member, as the case may be, is required to provide supporting documents for proof of his eligibility to Membership or upgrade thereof (whichever shall be applicable) as may be specified by the Club from time to time.
    2. Keeping Records – The Club is entitled to make copies of the supporting documents produced by the applicants or Members to the Club and retain the same for audit purpose.

  7. Website
    1. Use – The Website and its use by any person are subject to the applicable terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy Statement of such website.

  8. Enjoyment of Benefits
    1. Additional Terms – The Club is entitled to impose additional terms and conditions in respect of the Membership, the Card and the Benefits from time to time without prior notice. However, the Club shall use its best efforts to announce the additional terms and conditions as soon as practicable. Should there be any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and those additional terms and conditions, those additional terms and conditions shall prevail.
    2. Limitation – All Benefits are offered subject to availability and are offered only while stocks last (if applicable).
    3. Eligibility – The Club is entitled to grant Benefits to a Member only when the Membership accounts of this Member are valid and in good standing as recognized by the Club.
    4. Verification of Identification – The Club and the Designated Partners are entitled to request a Member to present his Card and, if necessary, other identification documents for verification of identities of the Member when the Member claims for any Benefits.
    5. Different Benefits – The Club is entitled to grant different Benefits to different Members subject to different terms and conditions at the absolute discretion of the Club.
    6. Birthday Benefits – Birthday benefits "Birthday Delights/Offers" are available for DIAMOND and VIVA Members during their birthday month. The birthday delight/offer is only available for DIAMOND and VIVA members who have provided their dates of birth to New World CLUB upon enrollment or by subsequent written notice. The birthday delight/offer will only be available if the DIAMOND / VIVA membership of a member is approved or subsequent written notification , as the case may be, is received by New World CLUB 45 working days ahead of his/her birthday. Otherwise, the Birthday Delights/Offers will not be applicable for such Member in the year of enrollment or notification. The birthday delight/offer can only be redeemed after login at New World CLUB website. Any redemption via phone, email or other channels will not be accepted. NWLP reserves the right to revoke the Birthday Delights at its sole discretion at anytime.
    7. No voting right – Members have no voting right as to the constitution, operation or management of the Club nor any right in or any claim over any assets of the Club.

  9. Termination or Suspension of Membership
    1. Right to Terminate or Suspend – The Club is entitled to forthwith terminate or suspend the Membership of any Member in case the Member breaches any term and condition herein or does not follow the instruction of the Club from time to time. In addition, the Club reserves the right to forthwith terminate or suspend the Membership of any Member at any time at the sole discretion of the Club without giving any prior notice, reasons and compensation to such Member. The Club shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting therefrom to any party in any event.
    2. Not affecting Other Rights – Termination or suspension of Membership of the Member for whatsoever reasons by the Club shall be without prejudice to the accrued rights and remedies that the Club and the Designated Partners may have against such Member.
    3. Death – Upon death of a Member, his Membership shall be automatically terminated without any compensation.

  10. Disclaimers and Exclusion of Liabilities
    1. Exclusion and Limitation of Liability – All liability, if any, on the part of the Club, its employee, affiliates, agents, suppliers and partner organizations as set out in these Terms and Conditions, expressed or implied by statute or otherwise, are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the maximum liability of the Club to any Member shall not exceed HKD100.00 in aggregate in any event.
    2. Waiver of rights – A Member hereby is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, and agreed that he does not rely on any statement, representation, assurance or warranty made by the Club, its representatives, employees or agents and shall waive all of his rights, if any, against the Club in relation thereto.
    3. Quality and responsibility of the Benefits – Without prejudice to sub-clause 2 of this clause, the Club does not give any warranty for the quality or fitness of any of the Benefits and accepts no responsibility in respect of the following: (a) refusal by the Club and any Designated Partners to offer the Benefits or accept the Card; (b) non-availability of any of the Benefits; and (c) refusal by the Club and any Designated Partners to replace or change any of the Benefits or pay compensation or reward thereof.
    4. Disputes and resolution – In case of any dispute between the Member and the Designated Partners in relation to these Terms and Conditions or the Benefits, both parties shall resolve the disputes themselves.
    5. Terms of the Designated Partners – The Designated Partners may impose additional terms and conditions in respect of the Benefits available to the Member. The Member agrees to be bound by such additional terms and conditions in respect of the Benefits.

  11. Right of Modification etc.
    1. Right to Modify – The Club is entitled to, at any time, modify the structure, contents and other features of the Program, including but not limited to the conditions for joining the Program or implementing other programs for customer rewards and targeted offers.
    2. Right to Terminate – The Club is entitled to amend, suspend and terminate the Program and/or cease operation of the Club at any time for any considerations including commercial considerations as it deems fit without any reason or compensation. The Club shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting therefrom to any party in any event.

  12. Miscellaneous
    1. Right to Transfer – The Club is entitled to transfer, assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of any of the rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions and the Program on such terms and conditions as the Club may at its sole discretion think fit at any time without any prior notice to the Member.
    2. Right to Amend – The Club is entitled to revise and amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice.
    3. Right to Interpret – The right to interpret these Terms and Conditions is vested in the Club. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Club shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.
    4. English Version Prevails – The Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions is for reference only. In case of discrepancies between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version prevails.
    5. Entire Agreement – These Terms and Conditions and any provision or document expressly referred to herein constitute the entire agreement between the Club and a Member and supersede all previous discussions, correspondence, negotiations, previous arrangement, understanding or agreement between the Club and a Member relating to the subject matter.
    6. Governing Law – These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong and shall be subject to non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

  13. If the application of DIAMOND or VIVA membership is not accepted by the CLUB, the applicant will be enrolled as CIRCLE member automatically.

KLUB 11 Program Terms and Conditions


KLUB 11 Registered Member Terms and Conditions


  1. Eligibility: Any person who is aged 18 or above and satisfies the membership entry requirements as may be specified by K11 LP from time to time is eligible for application for Membership. The registered name shall be the same as the applicant’s official identity document and K11 LP reserves the right to seek verification from the applicant.
  2. Discretion to Decline: K11 LP is entitled to decline any application for Membership at its absolute discretion without giving any reasons.
  3. Non-Transferability: The Membership, the e-Card, and the Benefits are not transferable by the Member and may only be used or enjoyed by the Member to whom the Membership, the e-Card, and the Benefits are granted or issued.
  4. Registered-Membership: No Benefits will be enjoyed by Registered -Members including but not limited to the granting of KLUB Points, unless otherwise stated.
  5. Upgrade to Pre-Member / Gold Card Member: Upon registration as Registered Member, if the one-off spending (“One-Off Spending”) of Registered Member has reached HKD50, he/she will be upgraded to Pre-Member automatically.
    1. Eligible Transaction Only – Only an eligible Transaction between a Registered Member and a Participating Merchant shall be counted towards the Accumulated Spending towards becoming a Pre- Member; and the Transaction shall exclude the following transactions:
      1. Any single spending below HKD50;
      2. Purchase of cash vouchers, gift cards or coupons, stored value cards or pre-paid cards;
      3. Payments using rebate promotion (coupons) and New VIP cash vouchers provided and issued by the Participating Merchants;
      4. Adding value to Octopus cards, stored value cards or pre-paid cards;
      5. Currency exchange;
      6. Any transaction at Hyatt Regency Hotel;
      7. Charity donations;
      8. Any bill payment (including but not limited to payment of telecommunication or utility bills); and
      9. Any other transaction between the Registered Member and the Participating Merchants as specified by K11 LP from time to time.
    2. Registration Required – The Registered Member shall register the One-Off Spending in the Transaction via his/her Mobile App or by presenting his/her e-Card and other proofs as specified in Clause 5.4 herein to the KLUB Concierge Perks in the same K11 Art Mall or Designated Mall or other locations as specified by K11 LP from time to time within seven (7) days after the date of the relevant Transaction or other period as specified by K11 LP from time to time. The One-Off Spending are deemed to be achieved by the Pre-Member on the date of the Transaction.
    3. Proof
      1. Hong Kong Spending - K11 LP will only accept machine-printed receipts as proof of One-Off Spending in Hong Kong by the Pre Member. If the spending on a Transaction by a Registered Member exceeds HKD500 or other amount specified by K11 LP, the credit, debit, Apple Pay or Alipay payment slip shall also be presented by the Pre-Member to K11 LP unless the payment is made through the use of Octopus card and K11 LP has the right to verify the name of the Registered Member on such slip is the same as that of his/her e-Card / official identity document.
      2. Mainland China Spending - K11 LP will only accept invoice (發票) printed under supervision of the local tax authority together with the machine-printed receipts as proof of any One-Off Spending in Mainland China by the Registered Member.
      3. Originals Only - K11 LP will only accept original receipts or invoices and does not accept reprinted, handwritten and photocopied receipts or invoices. The payment must be made by the member himself/herself and K11 LP reserves the right to seek verification from the member.
      4. Keeping Records - K11 LP is entitled to make copies of the receipts or invoices produced by the Registered Member to K11 LP for audit purpose.
      5. Discretion to Reject - K11 LP is entitled to reject any receipts or invoices that K11 LP suspects to be invalid, forged or not issued for genuine transactions.
      6. Not Re-usable - K11 LP is entitled to mark on the original receipts or invoices used for earning One-Off Spending by the Registered Member. K11 LP does not accept the use of such marked receipts or invoices for earning KLUB Points by the Registered Member again.
  6. Termination of Registered Membership: K11 LP is entitled to terminate the Registered Membership of a Registered Member automatically if the Registered Member does not satisfy all conditions for becoming a Pre-Member or Gold Card Member within the period specified by K11 LP (if any). Upon such termination, K11 LP is also entitled to forfeit all accumulated spending of such Registered Member and does not include them for calculation of Benefits purpose.
  7. Use: The use of the KLUB 11 Website and facility by the Member is also governed by, if any, the applicable terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy Statement of such website and facility.
  8. Additional Terms: K11 LP is entitled to impose additional terms and conditions in respect of the Membership, the Card, the KLUB Points and the Benefits from time to time. Should there be any inconsistencies between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and those additional terms and conditions, those additional terms and conditions shall prevail.
  9. Verification of Identification: K11 LP and the Designated Merchants are entitled to request a Member to present his Membership e-Card and, if necessary, other identification documents for verification of identities of the Member when the Member claims for any Benefits.
  10. Right to Terminate or Suspend: K11 LP reserves the right to forthwith terminate or suspend the Membership of any Member at any time at the sole discretion of K11 LP without any reasons or compensation.
  11. Forfeiture of KLUB Points: K11 LP is entitled to cancel all unused KLUB Points of a Member forthwith upon termination of its Membership for whatsoever reasons without any compensation.
  12. Waiver of Rights: A Member hereby is deemed to have read, understood and agreed that he does not rely on any statement, representation, assurance or warranty made by K11 LP and shall waive all of his rights, if any, against K11 LP in relation thereof.
  13. Right to Modify: K11 LP is entitled to, at any time, modify the structure, contents and other features of the Program, including but not limited to joining programs of or having arrangements with other programs for customer rewards and targeted offers.
  14. Right to Amend: K11 LP is entitled to revise and amend this Agreement at any time without any prior notice.
  15. Right to Interpret: The right to interpret this Agreement is vested in K11 LP. In case of any disputes, the decision of K11 LP shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.
  16. English Version Prevails: The Chinese version of this Agreement is for reference only. In case of discrepancies between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version prevails.
  17. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and shall be subject to non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

KLUB 11 Pre-Member Terms and Conditions


  1. Eligibility: Any person who is aged 18 or above and satisfies the membership entry requirements as may be specified by K11 LP from time to time is eligible for application for Membership. The registered name shall be the same as the applicant’s official identity document and K11 LP reserves the right to seek verification from the applicant.
  2. Discretion to Decline: K11 LP is entitled to decline any application for Membership at its absolute discretion without giving any reasons.
  3. No KLUB Points: For avoidance of doubt, K11 LP does not offer any KLUB Points to Members for any spending in Transaction by the Members which are already counted as fulfilment of the applicable conditions for application of Membership.
  4. Use of e-Card: K11 LP and the Designated Merchants are entitled to request a Member to produce his e-Card when he claims for any Benefits or make a request in relation to his Membership, the e-Card, and the Benefits. K11 LP and the Designated Merchants are entitled to assume without proof that the bearer of an e-Card is the Member named thereon.
  5. Non-Transferability: The Membership, the e-Card, and the Benefits are not transferable by the Member and may only be used or enjoyed by the Member to whom the Membership, the e-Card, and the Benefits are granted or issued.
  6. Pre-Membership: No Benefits will be enjoyed by Pre-Members including but not limited to the granting of KLUB Points, unless otherwise stated.
  7. Upgrade to Gold Card Member of Pre-Membership: Upon registration as Pre-Member after the first time transaction, if the accumulated spending (“Accumulated Spending”) of Pre-Member has reached HKD5,000 within sixty (60) days or same-day spending has reached HKD3,000, he/she will be upgraded to Gold Card Member automatically. If a Pre-Member fails to fulfill the upgrade requirement within the designated period, the accumulated spending record will be forfeited and it will be re-calculated for another sixty (60) days upon the next transaction.
    1. Eligible Transaction Only – Only an eligible Transaction between a Pre-Member and a Participating Merchant shall be counted towards the Accumulated Spending towards becoming a Gold Card Member; and the Transaction shall exclude the following transactions:
      1. Any single spending below HKD50;
      2. Purchase of cash vouchers, gift cards or coupons, stored value cards or pre-paid cards;
      3. Payments using rebate promotion (coupons) and New VIP cash vouchers provided and issued by the Participating Merchants;
      4. Adding value to Octopus cards, stored value cards or pre-paid cards;
      5. Currency exchange;
      6. Any transaction at Hyatt Regency Hotel;
      7. Charity donations;
      8. Any bill payment (including but not limited to payment of telecommunication or utility bills); and
      9. Any other transaction between the Pre-Member and the Participating Merchants as specified by K11 LP from time to time.
    2. Registration Required – The Pre-Member shall register the Accumulated Spending in the Transaction via his/her Mobile App or by presenting his/her e-Card and other proofs as specified in Clause 7.4 herein to the KLUB Concierge Perks in the same K11 Art Mall or Designated Mall or other locations as specified by K11 LP from time to time within seven (7) days after the date of the relevant Transaction or other period as specified by K11 LP from time to time. The Accumulated Spending are deemed to be achieved by the Pre-Member on the date of the Transaction.

KLUB 11 Gold Card & Black Card Member Terms and Conditions


  1. Definitions
    1. Benefit means any rewards, services, benefits, promotions, privileges, offers or the like offered or to be offered to the Members by K11 LP or any third parties (including but not limited to the Designated Merchants) under the Program from time to time.
    2. e-Card means a membership e-Card or Physical Card (including but not limited to a Pre-Membership e-Card, Gold/ Black Membership e-Card and such other kinds of membership cards as may be specified by K11 LP from time to time) issued to a Member for enjoyment of the Benefits. The registered name shall be the same as the applicant’s official identity document and K11 LP reserves the right to seek verification from the applicant.
    3. Card Issue City means the city specified on the face of a Card.
    4. Designated Malls means any commercial premises other than K11 Art Malls (whether in Hong Kong or in Mainland China) as may be designated by K11 LP from time to time.
    5. Designated Merchant means any merchant who offers or will offer rewards, services, benefits, promotions, privileges, offers or the like to the Members under the Program subject to the applicable terms and conditions, whether specified herein or the otherwise. A list of such merchants is set out at http://www.klub-11.com/memberprom.aspx?type=p1&languageType=english and may be varied and updated by K11 LP from time to time without any prior notice.
    6. Gold/ Black Card Member means a person admitted by K11 LP to be a KLUB 11 Gold/ Black Card Member under the Program subject to such terms and conditions as K11 LP may think fit.
    7. Hong Kong means the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
    8. K11 LP means K11 Loyalty Program Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong with registered office at 10/F, Inter-Continental Plaza, 94 Granville Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
    9. K11 Art Mall means any K11 Art Malls (whether in Hong Kong or in Mainland China) as may be designated by K11 LP from time to time.
    10. KLUB Concierge Perks means a service counter in any K11 Art Mall or Designated Mall or other location as may be designated for use by K11 LP from time to time.
    11. KLUB Point means the credit point granted to the Members by K11 LP under the Program.
    12. KLUB 11 Website means the website at www.KLUB-11.com.
    13. Member means any Pre-Member, Gold Card Member, Black Card Member and other class of members of KLUB 11 as may be designated by K11 LP from time to time.
    14. Membership means the membership of KLUB 11 of whatever class.
    15. Participating Merchant means any merchant recognized or to be recognized by K11 LP, with whom a Gold/ Black Card Member who spent is entitled to earn KLUB Points subject to the applicable terms and conditions in Clause 6. A list of such merchants may be varied and updated by K11 LP from time to time without any prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, a Participating Merchant does not include:
      1. (a) any car park operators, hotels, banks, financial institutions or securities brokers;
      2. (b) any merchants that do not issue machine-printed receipts; and
      3. (c) any merchants that are not duly authorized to do business in K11 Art Malls or the Designated Malls.
    16. Pre-Member means a Member admitted by K11 LP to be a KLUB 11 Pre-Member under the Program subject to such terms and conditions as K11 LP may think fit.
    17. Program means the programme operated and managed by K11 LP under the name of “KLUB 11”.
    18. Transaction means the transaction specified by K11 LP in this Agreement.
    19. A reference to one gender includes a reference to all genders.
    20. Words in the singular includes the plural and vice versa.
  2. Enrolment
    1. Eligibility - Any person who is aged 18 or above and satisfies the Membership entry requirements as may be specified by K11 LP from time to time is eligible for application for Membership. For Black Card Membership, it is by invitation only and the membership will only be valid for a period of 12 months from the date a Black Card Member joins or renews the membership. Discretion to Decline - K11 LP is entitled to decline any application for Membership at its absolute discretion without giving any reasons.
    2. No KLUB Points - For avoidance of doubt, K11 LP does not offer any KLUB Point to Gold/ Black Card Members for any spending in Transaction by the Gold/ Black Card Members which are already counted as fulfilment of the applicable conditions for application of Membership.
  3. Membership e-Card
    1. e-Card - K11 LP will issue an e-Card to a Member upon his successful application for Membership. The registered name shall be the same as the applicant’s official identity document and K11 LP reserves the right to seek verification from the applicant.
    2. Use of e-Card - K11 LP and the Designated Merchants are entitled to request a Member to produce his e-Card when he claims for any Benefits or make a request in relation to his Membership, the e-Card, the KLUB Points and the Benefits. K11 LP and the Designated Merchants are entitled to assume without proof that the bearer of a Card is the Member named thereon.
    3. Physical Card and Card Replacement - If a Member requests for a physical card and /or the replacement of a Card (due to loss or damage), K11 LP is entitled to charge the Member an administration fee of HKD100 if the relevant Card Issue City is Hong Kong, or at RMB100 if the relevant Card Issue City is in Mainland China or such fee as may be specified by K11 LP from time to time.
    4. Return of the Physical Card - The Physical Card remains the property of K11 LP and shall be returned to K11 LP immediately by a Member upon termination of the Membership or upon request of K11 LP from time to time.
    5. Misuse - Misuse of the e-Card or Physical Card by a Member may result in termination or suspension of Membership or withdrawal of Benefits from the Member by K11 LP and the Designated Merchants without prejudice to the accrued rights and remedies of K11 LP and the Designated Merchants against the Member.
  4. Non-Transferability
    1. Non-Transferability - The Membership, the e-Card/ Physical Card, the KLUB Points/K Dollars and the Benefits are not transferable by the Member and may only be used or enjoyed by the Member to whom the Membership, the e-Card/ Physical Card, the KLUB Points and the Benefits are granted or issued.
  5. Pre-Membership
    1. Termination of Pre-Membership - K11 LP is entitled to terminate the Membership of a Pre-Member automatically if the Pre-member does not satisfy all conditions for becoming a Gold/ Black Card Member within the period specified by K11 LP. Upon such termination, K11 LP is also entitled to forfeit all accumulated spending of such Pre-Member and does not include them for calculation of Benefits purpose. K11 LP shall have the right not to resume the forfeited accumulated spending even the Pre-member extends or renews his Membership.
  6. KLUB Points and K Dollars
    1. Earning Rates - Only a Gold/ Black Card Member is entitled to earn KLUB Points. Subject to Sub-Clauses 3 and 4 of this Clause, a Gold/ Black Card Member will earn 1 KLUB Point for every HKD1 he spent in a Transaction at a Participating Merchant in Hong Kong and 1 KLUB Point for every RMB1 he spends in a Transaction at a Participating Merchant in Mainland China (excluding spending by K Dollar(s)). K11 LP is entitled to adjust the KLUB Point earning rates at any time without any prior notice and to restrict or limit the number of KLUB Points a Gold/ Black Card Member will earn on each Transaction for the special programs, facilities and promotional activities.
    2. Spending Rates – Only a Gold/ Black Card Member is entitled to convert KLUB Points to K Dollars. A Gold/ Black Card Member can convert 250 KLUB Points to 1 K Dollar that can be used as HKD1 instant cash to be spent in a Transaction at a Participating Merchant in Hong Kong (and convert 250 KLUB Points to 1 K Dollar that can be used as RMB1 instant cash to be spent in a Transactions at a Participating Merchant in Mainland China, when available). K11 LP is entitled to adjust the KLUB Point spending rates at any time without any prior notice and/or to restrict or limit the number of KLUB Points a Gold/ Black Card Member will spend on each Transaction for the special programs, facilities and promotional activities. All KLUB Points decimals will be rounded up to the closest single digit, e.g.:-

    3. Non-reversible and Non-countable – KLUB Points converted into K Dollars and QR code scanned by the merchants are not reversible to KLUB Points. No refund is allowed and cannot be converted into cash. Spending by K Dollars are also not counted as spending amounts for promotional and redemption programs organized by K11 LP.
    4. Minimum spending amount of K Dollar: Members shall spend at least 10 K Dollars in participating merchants if he wishes to spend K Dollars by converting respective KLUB Points.
    5. Eligible Transaction Only - K11 LP will only offer KLUB Points to a Gold/ Black Card Member for the spending on an eligible Transaction between a Gold/ Black Card Member and a Participating Merchant and the Transaction shall exclude the spending by a Gold/ Black Card Member in the following transactions:
      1. (a) Any single spending below HKD50;
      2. (b) Purchase of cash vouchers, gift cards or coupons, stored value cards or pre-paid cards;
      3. (c) Payments using rebate promotion (coupons) and New VIP cash vouchers provided and issued by the Participating Merchants;

    6. Registration Required - To earn KLUB Points, the Gold/ Black Card Member shall register the spending in the Transaction via his/her Mobile App or by presenting his e-Card and other proofs as specified in Clause 7 herein to the KLUB Concierge Perks in the same K11 Art Mall or Designated Mall or other locations as specified by K11 LP from time to time within seven (7) days after the date of the relevant Transaction or other period as specified by K11 LP from time to time. KLUB Points are deemed to be earned by the Gold/ Black Card Member on the date of the Transaction.

    5. Discretion to Reject - K11 LP is entitled to reject any receipts or invoices that K11 LP suspects to be invalid, forged or not issued for genuine transactions.
    6. Not Re-usable - K11 LP is entitled to mark on the original receipts or invoices used for earning KLUB Points by the Gold/ Black Card Member. K11 LP does not accept the use of such marked receipts or invoices for earning KLUB Points by the Gold/ Black Card Member again.
  8. Cancelled Transactions
    1. Deduction - If a Gold/ Black Card Member has earned KLUB Points from a Transaction which is subsequently cancelled or reversed for whatever reasons, K11 LP is entitled to deduct the KLUB Points earned therefrom from his account.
    2. Shortfall - If a Gold/ Black Card Member has already obtained the Benefits but does not have sufficient KLUB Points for redemption of the Benefits for whatever reasons, the Gold/ Black Card Member shall make up the shortfall by paying to K11 LP HKD100 for every 100 KLUB Points or RMB100 for every 100 KLUB Points or other ratio specified by K11 LP or its pro-rate amount. The Gold/ Black Card Member agrees that the payment by the Gold/ Black Card Member to K11 LP in the shortfall is an agreed liquidated damages but not a penalty.
  9. Statements
    1. Deemed Correct - If a Gold/ Black Card Member does not report the error on KLUB Points to K11 LP within thirty (30) days from date of issue of a statement from K11 LP to the Gold/ Black Card Member, the Gold/ Black Card Member is deemed to agree to the accuracy of the KLUB Points on the statement.
    2. Conclusive - Except for manifest errors, the records of K11 LP as to the number of KLUB Points earned or used by a Gold/ Black Card Member are conclusive.
  10. Expiry of KLUB Points
    1. Expiry Date -The KLUB Points which a Gold/ Black Card Member has earned will be subject to an expiry date depending on the date the Gold/ Black Card Member becomes a KLUB 11 Member. On the Expiry Date, the remaining KLUB Points unused will expire. K11 LP reserves the right to shorten or extend the expiry period of KLUB Points with or without notice to a Gold/ Black Card Member.

    2. Illustrative Examples - For avoidance of doubt, if a Gold/ Black Card Member joins KLUB 11 on 15 May 2017, the corresponding expiry date of his KLUB Points will be 30 June 2018. The KLUB Points that he earns from 15 May 2017 to 30 June 2018 shall expire on 30 June 2018.
  11. KLUB 11 Website / Mobile Apps / Self-serve Kiosks
    1. (a) Services - Only a Gold/ Black Card Member may use the following services via below channels:

    2. Password - For the purpose of using the services mentioned in Sub-Clause 1 of this Clause, each Gold/ Black Card Member will be assigned a membership account and a password. The Gold/ Black Card Member shall keep his membership account, username and password strictly confidential and in safe custody. The Gold/ Black Card Member is fully responsible for any use of his membership account by any person (including any third parties whether with or without authority of the Gold/ Black Card Member).
    3. Use - The use of the KLUB 11 Website and facility by the Gold/ Black Card Member is also governed by, if any, the applicable terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy Statement of such website and facility.
  12. Redemption and Enjoyment of Benefits
    1. Additional Terms - K11 LP is entitled to impose additional terms and conditions in respect of the Membership, the e-Card, the KLUB Points and the Benefits from time to time. Should there be any inconsistencies between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and those additional terms and conditions, those additional terms and conditions shall prevail.
    2. Specified Mall for Benefit - A Member may only claim certain items under the Benefits, at the respective K11 Art Mall located at the Card Issue City of his e-Card and/ or certain Designated Mall and/ or other location specified by K11 LP from time to time and K11 LP is entitled to make final decision on such items of Benefits.
    3. Limitation - All Benefits are offered subject to availability and are offered only while stocks last (if applicable).
    4. Eligibility - K11 LP is entitled to grant Benefits (including but not limited to using KLUB Points) to a Member only when the Membership account of this Member is valid and in good standing as recognised by K11 LP.
    5. No change - Once K11 LP has accepted a redemption request from a Member, the redemption request by the Member cannot be changed or cancelled.
    6. Verification of Identification - K11 LP and the Designated Merchants are entitled to request a Member to present his Card and, if necessary, other identification documents for verification of identities of the Member when the Member claims for any Benefits.
  13. Reward Redemption
    1. QR Code - KLUB 11 may issue a one-time use QR code (“QR Code”) for specific rewards via the member’s registered email or be stored in his KLUB 11 account on K11 Apps upon successful redemption The issued QR code entitles the holder to redeem the reward within the designated validity period at designated location as stated.
    2. KLUB Point/ K Dollar Plus Pay feature - It may be made available by KLUB 11 / K11 Kulture Academy for certain rewards under the online redemption platform in KLUB 11/ K11 Kulture Academy website – My KLUB 11 Member Login. Under the KLUB Points/ K Dollar Plus Pay feature, Member can redeem the specific reward using a combination of KLUB Point/ K Dollar and additional payment. All payment must be made through the online credit card payment system.
    3. Currency for Additional Payment - All prices listed in KLUB 11 / K11 Kulture Academy website for redemption are denoted in Hong Kong dollars. All payments must be settled in Hong Kong dollars only.
    4. Online Payment by Credit Card - Only credit cards registered with “Verified by Visa” or “MasterCard Secure Code” can be used in our online payment system (“Online Payment”). If you wish to pay via Online Payment, please register with either of these services through your credit card issuing bank before placing your order. By using the Online Payment system you represent and warrant that you have obtained your credit card legally and have the capacity to enter into an Online Payment transaction. NOTE if you proceed with payment via Online Payment system, you will be directed to a different website address operated by service provider of such Online Payment, KLUB 11 does not endorse nor support the content of such website address. The user agreement for the Online Payment service will govern your use of that service, and you must refer to that user agreement and not these terms and conditions to determine your rights and liabilities as a user of the Online Payment services.
    5. Redemption Requests - Members may submit requests for redemption of rewards through KLUB 11 / K11 Kulture Academy website or KLUB Concierge Perks. Nevertheless, the KLUB Points/ K Dollar Plus Pay redemption feature is only available online. KLUB 11 may accept or reject such requests according to whether Member has sufficient KLUB Points or successfully process any required payment for the Redemption and whether the reward is still available.
    6. Deduction of KLUB Points/ Monetary payment - When a Member redeems the Reward(s), the relevant KLUB Points/K Dollars will be deducted automatically from his or her KLUB 11 account. The deductions will be shown on the Members’ statements of accounts.
    7. Redemption Notifications - If an online redemption request is accepted by KLUB 11 / K11 Kulture Academy, a redemption notification letter will be sent to the Member by e-mail or via Mobile Apps. If a Member fails to collect his reward in accordance with the instructions specified in redemption notification before the expiry of the QR Code, he or she is deemed to have given up his or her right to collect the reward.
    8. Verification of Identity - A Member shall present his or her original and valid Gold/ Black Card Membership e-Card for inspection at the time of redemption.
    9. Limited Stock - Rewards are offered on a first-come-first-served basis, and shall be available while stock lasts.
    10. No Exchange - Rewards and QR codes cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts.
    11. Use of rewards and QR Codes - Specific terms and conditions may apply to each reward and issued QR code.
  14. Termination or Suspension of Membership
    1. Right to Terminate or Suspend - K11 LP is entitled to forthwith terminate or suspend the Membership of any Member in case the Member breaches any terms and conditions of this Agreement or does not follow the instruction of the K11 LP. In addition, K11 LP reserves the right to forthwith terminate or suspend the Membership of any Member at any time at the sole discretion of K11 LP without any reasons or compensation. K11 LP shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting therefrom by any party in any event.
    2. Forfeiture of KLUB Points - K11 LP is entitled to cancel all unused KLUB Points of a Member forthwith upon termination of its Membership for whatsoever reasons without any compensation.
    3. Not Affecting Other Rights - Termination of Membership of the Member for whatsoever reasons shall be without prejudice to the accrued rights and remedies of K11 LP, the Participating Merchants and the Designated Merchants.
    4. Death - Upon death of a Member, his Membership account shall be closed and all unused KLUB Points (if any) shall be cancelled by K11 LP without any compensation.
  15. Disclaimers and Exclusion of Liabilities
    1. Exclusion and Limitation of Liability - All liability, if any, on the part of K11 LP, its employee, affiliates, agents, suppliers and partner organizations as set out in this Agreement, expressed or implied by statute or otherwise, are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the maximum liability of K11 LP to any Member shall not exceed HKD100 in aggregate in any event.
    2. Waiver of Rights - A Member hereby is deemed to have read, understood and agreed that he does not rely on any statement, representation, assurance or warranty made by K11 LP and shall waive all of his rights, if any, against K11 LP in relation thereof.
    3. Quality and Responsibility of the Benefits - Without prejudice to Sub-Clause 2 of this Clause, K11 LP does not give any warranty for the quality or fitness of any of the Benefits and accepts no responsibility in respect of the following: -
      1. (a) refusal by K11 LP and any Designated Merchants to offer the Benefits or accept the Card;
      2. (b) unavailability of any of the Benefits; and
      3. (c) refusal of replacement or change of any of the Benefits or compensation or reward thereof by K11 LP or any Designated Merchants.
    4. Disputes and Resolution - In case of any dispute between the Member and the Designated Merchants in relation to this Agreement or the Benefits, both parties shall resolve the disputes themselves. K11 LP shall have the right not to involve in the dispute provided that it shall be without prejudice to any rights of K11 LP under this Agreement, including exercising its rights to make final decision on the dispute.
    5. Terms of the Designated Merchants - The Designated Merchants may impose additional terms and conditions in respect of the Benefits available to the Member. The Member agrees to be bound by such additional terms and conditions in respect of the Benefits. /li>
  16. Right of Modification etc.
    1. Right to Modify - K11 LP is entitled to, at any time, modify the structure, contents and other features of the Program, including but not limited to joining programs of or having arrangements with other programs for customer rewards and targeted offers.
    2. Right to Terminate - K11 LP is entitled to amend, suspend and terminate the Program at any time for commercial consideration as it deems fit by giving to the Members a one (1) week’s prior notice without any reasons or compensation. In addition, K11 LP reserves the rights to amend, suspend and terminate the Program at any time without any prior notice, reasons or compensation. K11 LP shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting therefrom by any party in any event.
  17. Personal Information Collection Statement
    1. General - K11 LP will deal with all personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of the Laws of Hong Kong and Privacy Policy Statement of K11 LP. The provisions of this clause set out the specific areas.
    2. Purpose and Use - The personal data collected from a Member by K11 LP will be used for daily operation; administration of membership accounts and records; research and development; advertising, marketing, public relations and direct marketing (including joint marketing); communicating news and information; identification; processing of purchase orders; provision of goods, services, benefits, offers and promotions or others tailored to needs; fundraising; information and database administration; and other purposes in connection with or incidental to the aforesaid.
    3. Transfer and Disclosure - K11 LP may share the personal data with or transfer the same to any third parties (within Hong Kong or Mainland China), including but not limited to K11 Group Limited and New World Development Company Limited, Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group Limited, their respective holding companies, associated companies, fellow subsidiaries and any company in which any of the above has any interest (collectively “New World Group”) and the business associates, partners, agents, contractors, suppliers and providers of K11 LP for the purposes specified in Sub-Clause 2 of this Clause.
    4. Access and Correction of Information – A Member has a right to request in writing the Personal Data Privacy Officer of K11 LP to:
      1. (a) access his personal data held by K11 LP (if any); and
      2. (b) require K11 LP to correct his personal data that is inaccurate (if any).

      K11 LP may charge a reasonable fee for processing a data access request of a Member.

    6. Security - The physical records of the personal data of a Member will be stored in secured places with restricted access. The electronic records of the personal data of a Member will be stored in the servers of K11 LP located in secured places. Only authorized personnel of K11 LP will have access to these records and servers.
    7. Privacy Policy - Please also read the Privacy Policy Statement [http://www.klub-11.com/KLUB_Concierge.aspx?type=a8&languageType=english]of K11 LP at KLUB 11 Website which sets out the general privacy policy and practices of K11 LP in respect of its collection, holding and use of personal data. The Privacy Policy Statement is also applicable to the Program.
  18. Miscellaneous
    1. Right to Transfer – K11 LP is entitled to transfer, assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of any of the rights or obligations under this Agreement and the Program on such terms and conditions as K11 LP may at its sole discretion think fit at any time without any prior notice to the Member.
    2. Right to Amend - K11 LP is entitled to revise and amend this Agreement at any time without any prior notice.
    3. Right to Interpret - The right to interpret this Agreement is vested in K11 LP. In case of any disputes, the decision of K11 LP shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.
    4. English Version Prevails - The Chinese version of this Agreement is for reference only. In case of discrepancies between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version prevails.
    5. Entire Agreement - This Agreement and any provisions or documents expressly referred to herein constitute the entire agreement between K11 LP and a Member and supersede all previous discussions, correspondence, negotiations, previous arrangement, understanding or agreement between K11 LP and a Member relating to the subject matter.
    6. Governing Law - This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and shall be subject to non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

Terms and Conditions in Respect of DS Dollars


  1. Applicable Activity
    By participating in the activity organized by K11 Loyalty Program Limited (“K11 LP”) as set out in Clause 2 below (the “Activity”), each participant is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions applicable to the Activity.
  2. The Details of Activity
    DS Dollars Rebate
    When a KLUB 11 Gold/ Black Card Member (“Member”) purchases at K11 Design Store his purchase shall generate a rebate equivalent to 11% of his net spending amount (the “DS Dollars”), which the Member may use at K11 Design Store during the validity period of the DS Dollars. Member can earn DS dollars for purchase of K11 Design Store products, except during special promotion as specified by K11 Design Store from time to time. Member can only earn DS Dollars at designated locations specified by K11 Design Store. Member needs to present their KLUB 11 e-Membership Card at the time of payment to earn DS Dollars and no compensation of DS Dollars will be granted after settling payment for whatever reason (the payment must be made by the member). DS Dollars earned are rounded up to the nearest ten cents.
  3. Special Terms and Conditions applicable to the Activity
    1. Terms Used
      1. (a) K11 Design Store
        “K11 Design Store” shall mean K11 Design Store (Shop 105,110 & 111, Level 1, K11, 18 Hanoi Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong) or any counter run by K11 Design Store at specified locations notified from time to time.
      2. (b) Net spending amount
        “Net spending amount” shall mean the spending amount after deduction of all payments by means of K11 Design Store vouchers, DS Dollars, K Dollars, and other vouchers and credits.
    2. Validity Period of DS Dollars
      DS Dollars shall be valid from the day immediately following the Member's relevant purchase and shall expire on nearest quarter month end (i.e. 31 March, 30 June, 30 September, 31 December) with a minimum of ninety (90) days from the Member's relevant purchase. All expired and unused DS Dollars shall become invalid without any compensation.
    3. Examples
      1. (a) Member A makes a purchase at K11 Design Store on 10 March for HKD1,296. This will generate HKD1,296*11% = HKD142.6 DS Dollars for Member A, which he can use in next purchase at K11 Design Store from 11 March to 30 September.
      2. (b) Member A makes a purchase at K11 Design Store on 10 March for HKD1,296 and uses HKD100 K11 Design Store voucher and HKD28 K Dollars. This will generate (HKD1,296-HKD128)*11% = HKD128.5 DS Dollars for Member A, which he can use in next purchase at K11 Design Store from 11 March to 30 September.
    4. Use of DS Dollars
      Member could use both K Dollars and DS Dollars as payment in the same transaction. Excepted as provided for above, DS Dollars cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion offers.
      Members may decide the amount of DS Dollars to be used for each purchase during the validity period of the DS Dollars. The DS Dollars will be deducted according to DS Dollars expiry sequence.
    5. Record
      The amount of available DS Dollars will be reflected in the Member’s account.
    6. Refund or Cancellation
      If the Member’s relevant purchase is subsequently refunded or cancelled, an applicable amount of DS Dollars will be deducted from the Member’s account.
    7. Membership Card
      Member shall at the time of purchase presents his physical KLUB 11 Membership card or e-Membership card for verification of identity.
    8. No Exchange
      The DS Dollars cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts or privileges
    9. KLUB Points
      The net spending amount may earn KLUB Points.
    10. Termination of the Activity
      K11LP has the right to suspend, terminate or cancel the Activity at any time without any prior notice.
    11. Other Terms Used
      Other terms not defined in these Terms and Conditions shall have the same meanings as defined in the KLUB 11 Program Terms and Conditions.
  4. General Terms and Conditions applicable to the Activity
    1. Amendment
      K11LP has the right to amend any of these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice.
    2. Interpretation
      K11 LP has the right to interpret these Terms and Conditions. In case of disputes, the decision of K11LP will be final and binding on all parties concerned.
    3. English Version Prevails
      The Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions are for reference only. In case of discrepancies between the provisions of the English version and the Chinese version, the English version will prevail.

Governing Laws
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.


K11 Artist KLUB Terms and Conditions


  1. K11 ARTIST KLUB
    “K11 Artist KLUB” is a service offered by K11 Loyalty Program Limited to members of K11 Artist KLUB (the “Members”).

  2. Acceptance
    All Members must agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of K11Artist KLUB, which may be amended by K11 Loyalty Program Limited from time to time without any prior notice.

  3. Types of Members

    There shall be three types of Members, as follows:

    1. (A) Individual: No annual fee
    2. (B) Individual (from creative industrty, students and other): HKD 300 annual fee
    3. (C) Family (2 adults and 2 kid): HKD 500 annual fee

      K11 Loyalty Program Limited may amend the annual fee payable from time to time as it may think fit.

  4. Benefits
    K11 Loyalty Program Limited may offer any benefits, privileges or services to Members (including different benefits, privileges or services to different types of Members) as it may think fit from time to time.

  5. Termination of Membership
    K11 Loyalty Program Limited may terminate the membership of any Members at any time without prior notice. Members may terminate his or her membership at any time by written notice to K11 Loyalty Program Limited.

  6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the parties shall be subject to non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, governed by the laws of Hong Kong.


Personal Information Collection Statement


  1. General
    K11 Loyalty Program Limited (“K11”),who engages in customer services, will deal with all personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of the Laws of Hong Kong and Privacy Policy Statement of K11. The following sets out the specific areas.

    Your personal data collected from you by K11 may be used for the following purposes:

    1. Daily operation of your membership account;
    2. Administration of your membership account and records;
    3. Marketing analysis, research and development;
    4.     5. Communicating news and information;
    6. Identification for provision of goods, services, benefits, offers and promotions;
    7. Processing of purchase orders;
    8. Provision of goods, services and benefits
    9. Information and database administration
    10. Collection or recovery of any debt owed by you to K11;
    11. Matters relating to a transfer of the business of or any shares in K11 or a change in the shareholdings of K11 or an amalgamation of K11 with another body;
    12. Complying with any statutory or regulatory requirements;
    13. Other purposes directly related to the aforesaid.

  3. Transfer and Disclosure
    For the purposes mentioned in clause 2 above, K11 may share your personal data with or transfer the same to:
    1. K11 Concepts Limited, K11 Design Store Limited, K11 (China) Limited, K11 Select Limited, K11 Art Foundation Limited, K11 Group Limited, New World Development Company Limited, New World Loyalty Programme Limited, New World China Land Limited, New World Department Store China Limited, NWS Holdings Limited, Discovery Park Commercial Services Limited, Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group Limited, and their respective holding companies, associated companies, fellow subsidiaries and/or subsidiaries whose major businesses are the provision of such Classes of Marketing Items (collectively, “New World Group”);
    2. The business associates and partners of K11 whose major businesses are the provision of such Classes of Marketing Items (collectively, “K11 Business Partners”);
    3. Agents, contractors, suppliers and service providers engaged by K11 to assist with providing you K11’s services (including data processing service providers, mail processing service providers and information technology service providers) (collectively, “K11 Service Providers”);
    4. The new owner of K11’s business; and
    5. Law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, government departments and related organizations, courts and tribunals, within Hong Kong or in Mainland China.

  4. Optional Provision of Data
    It is voluntary for you to provide your personal data to K11. However, if you choose not to do so, we may not be able to continue to process your membership application.

  5. Access and Correction of Information
    You have the right to request either verbally or in writing:
    1. (a) Access to your personal data held by K11 (if any);
    2. (b) Correction of your personal data that is inaccurate (if any).
    K11 may charge a fee for processing your data access request. In accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, your request may be refused if it is not made in writing.
